Bleach Sprite Series2

It's been about eleven whole days since I last added some Sprites from Bleach. And I said that I was going to start making more, so here they are; this time I made Renji and "Chad." I have been working a whole bunch on my Renji Sprite but for some reason he just keeps on looking cheap. If you can please let me know what I can change to make him or even "Chad" better, thank you!
I made them both using Graphics Gale, and I made them completely from scratch.
