Jean Havoc Sprite Prize

Here's another Sprite prize. This time it is a Sprite of Jean Havoc from Fullmetal Alchemist for *DigiFoxCat since she placed second in my 2011 contest. I've been meaning to make some FMA Sprites but there's just too much stuff I've got to do and I've got to empty out my "to do list."
I made him using Graphics Gale. I made him completely from scratch in about 5 hours.
